Network & Sales Senior Manager-Brazil(A134030A)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the sales model system for XPeng in Brazil.

2.Responsible for developing and implementing overseas sales strategies for the automotive company, and achieving sales targets

3. Responsible for managing regional inventory, sales and procurement, and coordinating with the China headquarters to ensure timely vehicle delivery

4. Responsible for overseas retail operation of regional dealers and improving their sales capabilities

5. Responsible for conducting of Network Planning, Network development, partnership establishment, store construction and implementation, as well as investor relationship maintenance

6. Responsible for implementing channel operation management, formulating store operation standards and management systems, and improving store operation quality and efficiency

Job Requirements

1.At least 8 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with experience in Chinese automotive brands being a priority

2. Possess automotive dealer group resources in the Brazilian market

3. Have strong experience and skills in dealer communication and management

4. Fluent in English, able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment

5. Accept short-term business trips to China
