Pursue a role as a NEXIA Support and Maintenance Specialist. Focus on delivering high-quality customer support and system updates for NEXIA installations in a full-time capacity.
You will oversee day-to-day operational support, ensuring the satisfaction and uptime of client systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, managing software updates, and fostering clear communication with clients about their support status. This position is pivotal for maintaining compliance with cybersecurity and service transparency.
Key Responsibilities: • Resolve technical issues according to service levels • Document all interactions and resolutions thoroughly • Conduct regular system health checks and backups • Communicate clearly with clients about support status • Manage software installation and validation
Requirements: • 2–5 years in technical support or related field • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems • Proficiency with SQL and troubleshooting databases • Experience with data integration methods is preferred • Excellent multitasking and communication abilities
