Key ResponsibilitiesOversee key non‑financial risk areas, including technology risk, ensuring robust assessment, mitigation, and escalation.Act as 2nd Line of Defence, providing independent challenge and trusted advisory on non‑financial risks.Non‑Financial Risk Management (NFRM) lifecycle (end‑to‑end), including RCSA, KRI, risk register, and alignment to Risk Appetite and Group frameworks.Ensure material risks and issues are appropriately escalated to Risk Committees and senior management.Deliver high‑quality risk reporting, dashboards, and executive‑level insights.Serve as risk steward for significant incidents and issues, including technology‑related events.Support development and implementation of risk policies, standards, and risk awareness initiatives.Lead, coach, and develop risk team members to strengthen organizational risk capability. Job RequirementsStrong expertise in Non‑Financial Risk and Technology RiskAbility to translate technical risks into clear business impactExcellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and managementMinimum 5 years’ experience in Risk Management or a 2nd Line of Defence roleExperience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
