About the Role
The Sr. Manager/AGM role in NPD & Corporate Sales is crucial for driving our sales strategy and managing new product development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate goals.
- Manage the new product development process from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and product development.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the packaging industry.
- Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
CTC is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
