About the Role

As a Nutrition Advisor – Growth, you'll combine your nutrition expertise with consultative selling to guide prospective clients on their wellness journey. You'll conduct personalized consultations, recommend evidence-based nutrition programs, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the growth of one of India's leading digital nutrition brands.

What You'll Do

• Conduct nutrition consultations via calls and chats to understand clients' health goals.

•  Recommend personalized nutrition programs based on individual health needs.

•  Educate clients on program benefits and help them make informed decisions.

•  Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients through a consultative, needs-based approach.

•  Build long-term client relationships through timely follow-ups and exceptional client service.

•  Contribute to nutrition-focused content and engage with clients across digital platforms.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance nutrition programs and client experience.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

•  1–3 years of experience in nutrition counselling, health coaching, consultative sales, or client relationship management.

•  Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

•  Passion for preventive healthcare and helping people achieve healthier lifestyles.

Candidates with prior experience in consultative sales, inside sales, wellness sales, healthcare sales, or customer success are also encouraged to apply.

B.Com., B.Sc., and other graduates with strong sales experience are also eligible
