Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Sales to drive business growth within the India GCC ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across Global Capability Centers and a proven track record of selling IT services and digital transformation solutions to GCCs and large enterprises.
This role will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth by positioning QualiZeal's Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, AI, Cloud, Data, and Enterprise Application services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new GCC customers and expanding strategic accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with GCC leadership, including CIOs, CTOs, Engineering Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Position QualiZeal's service offerings to address customers' digital transformation and engineering needs.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
- Identify opportunities for Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications, and Managed Services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer value and long-term partnerships.
- Represent QualiZeal at GCC events, industry forums, and executive networking opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 20+ years of enterprise IT services sales experience.
- Proven experience selling IT services, consulting, or digital transformation solutions to Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global In-house Centers (GICs), or large enterprise organizations.
- Strong network with GCC decision-makers across technology and business functions.
- Demonstrated success in winning and managing large IT services engagements.
- Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Application Services.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including presales, solution architects, and delivery organizations.
