Operations Trainer Staff

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Operations Trainer Staff who not only excels in delivering training but is also capable of analyzing and designing employee development strategies to support the company’s business growth. Key Responsibilities :Training Delivery: Conduct training programs for new crew members and ensure all processes are executed in accordance with established standards and regulations.Analysis & Development: Analyze training effectiveness to enhance employee competencies across the organization.Talent Management: Identify high-potential employees and manage Individual Development Programs (IDP).Cross-Department Collaboration: Support other departments in the implementation and development of the company’s training systems.Content Management: Update training materials (documents and presentations) and manage modules and assessments within the Learning Management System (LMS).Reporting: Prepare visit recaps and provide monthly training progress reports to management.

Qualifications :Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Training or Learning & Development (preferably in the F&B or Retail industry).Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word).Strong analytical skills for workforce development.Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain data integrity.
