Looking for a nursing role where you can make a real difference every day? Join our growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide as a Paediatric Registered Nurse.
You’ll provide clinical care to paediatric patients in their homes—building meaningful relationships with children and their families while delivering truly personalised care.

About you
You are an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with 2+ years’ paediatric experience, gained in a hospital or community setting. You bring a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centred approach, with the confidence to work autonomously and recognise changes in a child’s condition.
Clinical Skills
- Comprehensive paediatric/neonatal assessment (particularly respiratory and hydration focus)
- Paediatric Medication Administration (including PO, IM, SC and IV)
- Basic wound care
- PICC line management and dressing changes (desirable)
- CVAD management, including ports (desirable)
- Oncology experience (desirable)
You’ll also have:
- Strong IT literacy and confidence using digital systems
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
