Paint Shop Maintenance Team Member

Job PurposeTo perform maintenance activities in the Paint Shop area to ensure all equipment, machines, and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with production and quality requirements.2. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on Paint Shop equipment and machineryEnsure all machines (spray booths, ovens, conveyors, pumps, etc.) are operating properlyTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic automation issuesMonitor and maintain painting systems including air supply, filtration, and fluid systemsEnsure proper functioning of utility systems (compressed air, ventilation, temperature control)Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of painting equipment to avoid downtimeSupport production team in resolving equipment-related issues quicklyRecord and maintain maintenance reports and logsEnsure compliance with safety standards (HSE), especially handling chemicals and paint materialsMaintain proper use of tools and ensure housekeeping in maintenance area3. Additional DutiesParticipate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, TPM, etc.)Support installation and commissioning of new equipmentAssist in spare parts control and inventory monitoringImplement and maintain 5S standards4.

QualificationsMinimum High School / Vocational School (preferably Mechanical / Electrical Engineering)Diploma (D3) is preferred5+ years experience in maintenance (paint shop / manufacturing is an advantage)Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsUnderstanding of paint shop processes is a plus (spray system, oven, conveyor)Able to read basic technical drawings and manualsGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsWilling to work in shifts
