Paint Shop Production Team Leader

• JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview● Manage a group of workers● Implement production according to the proposed plan● Ensuring safety, output and quality at all stages● Manage consumable materials and direct production materials within prescribed norms● Report directly to the production group leader on all issues during the shift

Organization Management, Human Development ● Manage teams, arrange the right people to the right job according to the employee's strengths & skill.● Multi-skill training for employees, employee development.● Evaluate worker capacity & Competencies.

Financial Management● Manage material levels according to requirements, think and motivate employees to improve to reduce production costs.

System Management● Manage KPI evaluation system, timekeeping system and leave approval system● Manage the implementation of lean manufacturing systems.

Functional Job● Ensure safety goals and PPE compliance are met across all stages of production● Ensure complete standard work instructions are available at the work station and workers follow them properly.● Ensure the organization and arrangement of the workplace is neat, clean, and optimal.● Timekeeping management, re-arranging work/resources between area managed.● Training workers on rules, regulations, and job expertise● Motivate employees to think about and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction activities● Daily layer audit check● Ensure JPH line running speed according to the department's general production plan

Others● Perform other tasks as directed by superiors● Ensure documents comply with ISO standards

• REQUIREMENTS

Degree/ Qualification● Intermediate/high school or higher, with 5+ years expertise in automotive painting / paint shop and automotive technology

Experience● Human resource management: personnel arrangement, personnel management, KPI assessment, skills training for workers● Implement the proposed production plan, manage quality at the production stage.● Management of machinery, consumables, and production tools.● Manage inventory well at the stages you are responsible
