Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing for approximately 450 employees across two monthly payroll cycles, covering two entities using the payroll systemTabulate monthly salary costs for secondment staff for finance billingCheck and prepare overtime payment staff to be paid on 14th of the following monthFWL cost allocation and adjustment (waiver)CPF submission for entities via CrimsonLogin and CPF websitePrepare payroll general journals to upload into accounting system for monthly accounting end month closingUpload Assist Rider & MSO upon receiving updates from HR into payroll systemAssist input incentives, allowances, and deductions into payroll systemPrepare monthly headcount report for HR and Finance teamAd-hoc items like submission of government paid claims, MOM survey or WICA claim for HR, new join, and resigned staff salariesSet up employee IDs in the accounting system to facilitate accurate and timely e‑claims submissionPerform any other duties as assigned by the HOD/Reporting Officer Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of payroll experienceKnowledge of payroll systems such as BIPO, EPE, or Timesoft is an added advantageHigh level of accuracy, strong analytical ability and excellent attention to detailExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in MS OfficeAble to work under pressure
