Join us and make an impact!What you will do :Partner with departments to identify training needs and develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives.Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives (internal & external).Create engaging learning materials and manage end-to-end training administration (registration, documentation, and database).Ensure effective execution of training programs in line with timelines, standards, and quality expectations.Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning programs, systems, and overall development processes.We are looking for you, who:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development / People Development.Strong expertise in People Development, including conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and managing Competency Management frameworks.Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs and learning materials.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness.What you will get :Accelerated growth & plenty of learning opportunitiesDemanding & Supportive environment
