Position: People & Organization Development Assistant ManagerWork Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 4–6 years of experience in People Development, Organization Development, or related areasStrong understanding of organization development, talent management, and learning & development frameworksProven experience in managing and implementing OD and L&D initiatives (e.g., performance management, leadership development, culture transformation)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into actionable insightsExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional initiativesStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilitiesWilling to work from our office at Alam Sutera, Tangerang (WFO policy)
Job Responsibilities:People & Organization Development Strategy: Support the development and execution of OD & L&D strategies aligned with business goalsOrganization Development & Change Management: Lead and manage initiatives such as organizational design, culture transformation, and change managementLearning & Talent Management: Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development, capability building, and succession planning programsPerformance Management: Drive and continuously improve performance management frameworks and processesOrganizational Diagnosis & Insights: Analyze organizational data, engagement surveys, and HR metrics to identify gaps and recommend solutionsStakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR teams to drive people initiativesProgram Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement of OD and development initiatives
