Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth & Brand Alignment
• Develop and execute growth frameworks aligned with overall business goals
• Identify new growth opportunities across channels and markets
• Build and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all paid, owned, and earned channels
2. Performance Marketing Ownership
• Drive CPL, CAC, and ROI optimization
3. Branding
• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic
• Own media planning, budget allocation, and spend efficiency
• Lead brand strategy, awareness, and recall initiatives
• Develop integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
• Measure brand performance through metrics like awareness, engagement, and share of voice
4. Organic Growth & SEO
• Lead SEO, content marketing, and organic acquisition strategies
• Improve website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion funnels
• Collaborate with content and product teams for inbound growth
5. Budget & ROI Management
• Own and manage large-scale marketing budgets
• Ensure strong ROI and efficiency metrics across campaigns
• Build forecasting and performance models
6. Funnel Optimization
• Optimize full funnel: Awareness → Lead → MQL → SQL → Revenue
• Improve conversion rates across landing pages and campaigns
• Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality
7. Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
• Build dashboards and present insights to leadership
• Use data to drive decision-making and experimentation
8. Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and tech teams
Requirements:
• Experience: 10+ years in performance marketing (B2B preferred)
• Strong experience in both paid & organic growth
• Proven track record of managing high budgets and delivering ROI
• Expertise in CPL optimization and lead generation funnels
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Google Analytics / GA4 • CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience working in mid to large-sized organizations (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience managing teams Good to Have
• Experience in SaaS / Tech / Marketplace businesses
• Exposure to international markets
• Strong understanding of marketing automation
