Permit Technician

Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture. At least 1 year of experience in a related field. Responsible, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work well in a team.

Strong understanding of licensing systems within relevant government institutions and comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws and regulations Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Position based at the Head Office (Jakarta). Job Description:Prepare administrative and technical documents, both for licensing purposes and for coordination with other departments.

Record and maintain proper filing of issued permits and licenses. Monitor the progress of ongoing licensing processes.
