Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Personal Assistant will manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure effective communication.
The role involves providing administrative and clerical support, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and occasionally representing the CEO in meetings or interactions.
The ideal candidate must ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist in facilitating the CEO's professional commitments.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling Personal Assistance tasks
- Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling, with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in general Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office tools
- Experience in managing complex travel schedule, ticketing, Visa, Hotel arrangement is must
- Prior experience of value added service like Pranaam service is a plus
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, secretarial course is preferred
