As our organisation and team continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors in both professional and day-to-day matters.
About the RoleThis is a trusted support role working directly with the Directors. You will help manage schedules, communications, and operational matters, while also assisting in coordinating people-related and team operations. Your work will directly reduce day-to-day load and enable the Directors to focus on strategy, teaching quality, and growth.
Location: Jurong West / Clementi (Hybrid where appropriate)Employment Type: Full-time | 5-day work week (4 weekdays + Saturday)
This role is primarily a Personal Assistant position at the onset, with opportunities for progression and expanded responsibilities as the organisation grows and the candidate demonstrates capability and initiative.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirector & Administrative SupportManage calendars, appointments, meetings, and remindersAssist with emails, correspondence, and follow-upsPrepare simple documents, reports, and presentationsHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Operations & Team Coordination SupportSupport the Directors in overseeing matters relating to a growing teamAssist with coordination of staff schedules, meetings, and internal communicationsTrack leave, attendance, key dates, and basic people-related recordsSupport onboarding arrangements for new hires (documentation, scheduling, setup)Follow up on tasks, instructions, and action items to ensure alignment and accountability
Content & Digital Support (Secondary Scope)Provide ad-hoc support for basic social media tasks (e.g. simple posts, captions, uploads)Assist with light videography during events, classes, or internal activities using mobile devicesHelp organise and manage photo/video content for internal or marketing useCoordinate with external designers, editors, or marketing vendors when requiredNote: This role does not require advanced video editing or content strategy experience.

Bonus (Not Mandatory):Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Admin Executive, or Operations ExecutiveFamiliarity with education or service-based organisationsProficiency in Canva
