PPIC/Logistics Manager (B2B Textile)

About the CompanyOur client is a global leader in thread manufacturing and performance materials for the apparel and footwear industry, with operations across 50+ countries. They are currently expanding their Indonesia operations and are looking for a strong Logistics Manager to join their Bogor site. About the RoleYou will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations at the Bogor site, spanning demand and raw material planning, production control, export and import compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesLead finished goods and raw material planning in collaboration with the central team and S&M functionDrive daily production performance management through the Operations CockpitEnsure export and import compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulationsMonitor and improve service level KPIs (SOLT/OTIF)Ensure master data integrity in line with global policyIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field at a Reputable UniversityMinimum 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within a B2B manufacturing environment, apparel or footwear industry experience is preferredStrong knowledge of EXIM procedures and trade compliance in IndonesiaHands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantageFluent in English, both written and spokenDecisive, firm, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to be based in Bogor
