We're looking for an execution-driven Influencer Marketing & Campaign Specialist to lead and scale our influencer marketing initiatives. This role is focused on planning, coordinating, and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads) team, Creative team, and Founders to ensure influencer content is seamlessly integrated into paid advertising, product launches, and brand campaigns.

- Own end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Meta and emerging platforms.
- Identify, shortlist, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, dermatologists, beauty experts, and UGC creators.
- Plan campaign timelines, negotiate commercials, coordinate contracts, and ensure timely content delivery.
- Manage product seeding, gifting campaigns, affiliate collaborations, and paid partnerships.
- Coordinate campaign launches across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
- Ensure all influencer deliverables align with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign progress daily and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Partner with the Ads team to identify creators whose content can be scaled through Meta and other paid advertising platforms.
- Coordinate ad rights, whitelisting permissions, and usage rights for creator content.
- Support the performance marketing team with a consistent pipeline of high-performing UGC and influencer assets.
- Review campaign performance jointly with the Ads team and optimize creator selection based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate on creator briefs specifically designed for paid social campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging reels and video content featuring the founders across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop content calendars and creative concepts aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and key marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate shoots, scripting, production, and post-production with internal and external creative teams.
- Guide founders during content creation to ensure videos are authentic, engaging, and platform-optimized.
- Stay updated on social media trends and translate them into high-performing founder-led content.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form reels, shorts, and social media assets.
- Track content performance and continuously optimize formats, hooks, and storytelling based on engagement and business outcomes.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content, Design, Video Production, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
- Track campaign calendars, content approvals, publishing schedules, and campaign milestones.
- Maintain campaign documentation, influencer databases, budgets, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure seamless communication between creators and internal teams throughout campaign execution.
- Support PR initiatives by coordinating media outreach, product launches, founder interviews, and brand collaborations.
- Build relationships with beauty editors, publications, and industry partners to increase earned media opportunities.
- Track and report campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, creator performance, conversions, ROAS, earned media value, and ROI.
- Generate actionable insights to improve future influencer campaigns and optimize marketing investments.
- 2–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Campaign Management, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience working with D2C, Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, Wellness, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, UGC content, creator licensing, and ad rights.
- Excellent project management, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery and campaign management platforms is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Indian D2C ecosystem, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends, particularly in the beauty, personal care, and wellness categories.
- Up-to-date knowledge of influencer marketing, creator economy trends, viral content formats, and social media best practices in India.
- Ability to identify emerging trends quickly and translate them into high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
