Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Onsite)

Salary: Up to €60,000
Contract: Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

We are seeking a Process Systems Engineer to support critical warehouse operations and system implementation activities within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role will focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go‑live support, process optimisation, and operational performance, ensuring warehouse systems and processes operate effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise multiple systems applications to drive operational performance across the site
- Manage order release into the warehouse picking environment
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Monitor the execution of Wave Management processes
- Monitor replenishment activities to support operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to pick sequencing and route management processes
- Support outbound operations to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time
- Complete UAT scenarios and test scripts as assigned
- Identify, document, report, and support the resolution of system defects during UAT
- Escalate issues through established escalation procedures
- Support go‑live activities and operational readiness initiatives
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within warehouse and logistics operations
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum Honours Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 3–4 years' experience in Process Engineering, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Systems Support
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, or similar operational systems
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain environments
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
Desirable Experience
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation projects
- Warehouse systems go‑live support
- Process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Lean Six Sigma certification or training
- Experience in highly automated warehouse or distribution environments
