We partner with category-leading technology vendors including JFrog, IBM, Siemens, ClickHouse and meshIQ, and design, sell and deliver architecture, implementation and managed-service engagements for enterprise clients across BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, logistics and the public sector.We are scaling our go-to-market organisation and are looking for a driven enterprise sales professional to help build the next phase of our growth.About the roleAs Product & Services Sales Manager, you will own quota-carrying, full-cycle enterprise sales across Dataeko’s OEM partner portfolio. This is an individual-contributor role for someone ready to own a territory or named accounts, independently run complex deal cycles and grow into a senior revenue-owning role as our sales organisation scales.You will sell Products & Solutions across:• JFrog: DevSecOps and software supply-chain security• IBM: Integration, automation, data and AI• Siemens Mendix and RapidMiner: Low-code application development and data science/AutoML• ClickHouse: Real-time analytics• meshIQ: Middleware and messaging observabilityDeal sizes range from approximately USD 20K to USD 5M+ in annual contract value, depending on the solution and engagement.What you’ll do• Build and manage a pipeline of mid-to-large Indian enterprise accounts within an assigned territory, industry vertical or partner practice.• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation and close, with SDR and pre-sales support.• Build trusted relationships with senior economic and technical stakeholders, including VP Engineering, Platform Leads, Heads of Data Engineering, Integration Leads and CISOs.• Position individual products and cross-practice solution bundles through a consultative, value-based sales approach.• Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.• Collaborate with OEM sales and channel teams on deal registration, co-selling and joint account planning.• Grow existing accounts through renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.What you’ll bring• 7–10+ years of software products and services sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.• Experience selling to enterprise customers in India and closing meaningful-value technology deals.• Strong consultative solution-selling and commercial negotiation skills.• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.• Consistent CRM discipline and forecast-management capability.• Clear written and verbal English communication, with confidence presenting to senior technical and business audiences.• Drive, coachability and the hunger to build a book of business in a scaling organisation.• Curiosity to develop fluency in DevSecOps, integration, data/AI, low-code and observability.PreferredExperience with OEM- or partner-led selling is a strong advantage, particularly with JFrog, IBM, Siemens/Mendix, ClickHouse, meshIQ or comparable enterprise technology platforms.CompensationOverall CTC: INR 16–20 lakh per annum, structured as approximately 60% fixed and 40% performance-linked variable compensation.
