About the RoleWe are seeking a PPC (Production Planning & Control) Specialist to plan, control, and monitor production processes to ensure targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery time. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-department coordination, and an in-depth understanding of production planning systems within the automotive manufacturing industry. RequirementsMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in the automotive companyProficient in SAP or other ERP systems for production planning and controlStrong understanding of MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and supply chain managementAbility to create and manage a master production schedule and control work ordersCapable of analyzing production data to monitor performance and anticipate bottlenecksStrong communication and coordination skills to work across functions (Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse)

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules according to production requirementsControl material availability in coordination with purchasing and warehouse teamsMonitor and ensure production target achievement according to the planIdentify potential production delays and develop contingency plansInput, monitor, and update production data in SAP or other ERP systemsPrepare production performance reports and analyze deviationsCoordinate with production and maintenance teams to prevent unplanned downtimeParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
