Production Textile Manager

Production Textile ManagerSubang, West Java Responsibilities :Oversee the entire textile processing production flow from grey fabric to finished fabric.Ensure smooth coordination between grey fabric receiving, dyeing, finishing, inspection, and packing.Develop and implement production planning to meet delivery timelines and production targets.Monitor daily production output, machine utilization, and efficiency.Supervise fabric inspection processes including color consistency, shrinkage, GSM, and finishing quality.Allocate resources, manage inventory, and ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.Oversee quality control processes, analyze data for improvement, and address any quality issues promptly.Identify opportunities for process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Implement Lean manufacturing principles or other methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.Monitor and control budgets, and analyze variances to ensure cost efficiency.Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support strategic decision-making. Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.Min 8 years in textile manufacturing, with solid leadership experience.Strong Knowledge and Experience in export operations.In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing, machinery, and industry-specific quality standards.Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement insights.Willingness to learn and open for opportunity to grow.Willing to work from our factory located in Subang, West Java.
