Project Delivery Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful relocation of our warehouse operations within Chennai. This is a business-critical programme requiring strong leadership, operational expertise and disciplined project execution to deliver the move safely, on time and with minimal disruption to business operations.

Reporting to the Regional Transformational Lead, you will lead and coordinate all workstreams across Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, IT, Facilities and third-party suppliers, ensuring all activities are aligned to an integrated delivery plan and executed within agreed timelines.

This is an operational delivery role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibilities. Experience leading warehouse relocations, operational transformations or ERP-enabled business transitions is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the warehouse relocation programme.
• Develop and manage the integrated project plan, ensuring all milestones, dependencies and critical path activities are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, IT, Facilities, Procurement and external partners.
• Drive governance, risk management, issue resolution and executive reporting throughout the programme.
• Lead operational readiness activities, ensuring business continuity during the transition.
• Oversee inventory migration, warehouse commissioning and logistics planning.
• Coordinate IT and systems readiness, including ERP, network infrastructure, warehouse technology and cutover activities.
• Manage the relocation cutover, go-live and hypercare phases, ensuring a seamless transition to the new facility.
• Act as the single point of accountability for programme delivery, escalating risks and resolving issues proactively.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering warehouse relocations, distribution centre moves or manufacturing site transitions.
• 8+ years’ project or programme delivery experience within manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics.
• Experience coordinating multiple business functions and third-party suppliers.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex programmes within demanding timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management capabilities.
• Experience supporting ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) cutovers is highly desirable, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
