About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Project/Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of features and product initiatives for our large-scale B2B Digital Commerce Platform.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, QA, and Business, ensuring seamless execution of complex initiatives involving ERP integrations (e.g., SAP), payment systems, logistics workflows, and partner onboarding journeys.

You will play a critical role in translating product vision into execution, driving predictable delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership

• Own the complete lifecycle of features/products—from requirement alignment to production release
• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Ensure delivery adherence to scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks

2. Agile Program Execution

• Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Drive Agile best practices across teams using Scrum/Kanban frameworks

3. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the single point of coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and external vendors
• Provide clear, data-driven status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Proactively manage expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables

4. Risk, Dependency & Issue Management

• Identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early in the lifecycle
• Drive mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Manage dependencies across systems such as ERP (SAP), payment gateways, logistics, and middleware

5. Release & Quality Governance

• Plan and manage release cycles, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases with minimal production defects
• Ensure adherence to release governance, documentation, and compliance standards

6. Data-Driven Tracking & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
• Use data insights to drive continuous improvement and predictability in delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management / Program Management
• Proven experience in delivering digital products or eCommerce platforms (preferably B2B)
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Digital platforms involving complex workflows (catalog, pricing, cart, checkout, order management)
• Exposure to enterprise integrations, especially with ERP systems like SAP
• Understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and middleware integrations
• Experience working with distributed/global teams and external vendors
• Prior experience in high-scale, transaction-heavy platforms

Tools & Technologies

• JIRA (Must-Have) – backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting
• Confluence – documentation and collaboration
• MS Project / Excel – planning and tracking dashboards
• Slack / MS Teams – communication and coordination
• Familiarity with API tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms is a plus
