Project Manager – Animation Content Studio

Kalypso Media Masti LLP is a Mumbai-based new-generation animation studio/agency, with an aim to create some innovative, path-breaking content in today’s world of social media and entertainment. From story writing and concept development to animation, sound design, editing, and publishing, all our content is created in-house.

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee our creative and production operations and ensure the smooth execution of multiple projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our animation studio. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between creative and production teams, ensuring timely delivery of content, and streamlining studio processes. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of animation production workflows, strong project management skills, and a keen sense of social media trends and audience preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete production pipeline for multiple animation projects, resource planning, and team workflows.
• Create and manage project timelines, schedules, and production calendars.
• Coordinate with writers, animators, editors, designers, AI video creators, social media manager and freelancers, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Maintain organized project files, digital assets, backups, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, manage feedback, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in animation studio administration.
• Understanding of animation production workflows and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Animate CC/Flash, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Motion Graphics and AI tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of Marathi & Gujrati will be a plus.
