Responsibilities

• Assume administrative, contractual, technical, and financial oversight of the project.
\n
• Organize and lead the Project Team while fostering effective relationships.
\n
• Ensure the integrated system design aligns with system performance and technical specifications.
\n
• Manage the project master schedule to ensure timely contract completion.
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer.
\n
• Oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
\n
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and subcontractors; resolve conflicts, set priorities, and coordinate concurrent activities.
\n
• Promote collaboration across departments, develop team members, and provide effective leadership to the project team.
\n
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities effectively.
\n
• Travel as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, including extended periods during the commissioning and acceptance phases of projects.
\n
• Oversee project cash flow and deliverables, ensuring alignment with price and time metrics. Take overall responsibility for the project's profitability.

Qualifications

\n
• Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the successful completion medium projects (400k-2M) in the Construction and/or Material Handling Industry.
\n
• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience demonstrating increasing levels of project value and complexity.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Independent decision making ability with strong financial focus.
\n
• Strong subcontractor management experience.
\n
• Ability to manage diverse team of internal disciplines.
\n
• Manage complex group of stakeholder's and consultants within the airport and security industry.
\n
• Sound knowledge of contract law.
\n
