KM Lynskey Europe is a specialist fit-out contractor delivering high-quality projects across the data centre, commercial and pharmaceutical sectors throughout Europe.

We specialise in drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring and complete interior fit-out packages for some of Europe's largest data centre developments.

\n

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our European Operations team based in Frankfurt, Germany.

\n

The Role

\n

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage all aspects of project delivery from commencement to completion.
\n
• Develop and manage project programmes, labour schedules and resource plans.
\n
• Coordinate the design process with clients, consultants and the project team.
\n
• Manage project budgets, costs, procurement and commercial performance.
\n
• Lead site management teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
\n
• Monitor programme performance and implement recovery plans where required.
\n
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards and health & safety regulations.
\n
• Manage project risks, variations and client communications.
\n
• Work closely with the Commercial Team on valuations, forecasting and cost reporting.
\n
• Chair project meetings and produce regular progress reports.
\n
• Build strong client relationships and lead projects through commissioning and final handover.
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n

\n
• Minimum 8 years' construction experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
\n
• Proven experience delivering large commercial interior fit-out projects.
\n
• Data centre experience is desirable.
\n
• Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring and interior fit-out.
\n
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
\n
• Excellent leadership, commercial, planning and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Northern Europe.
