\nAbout the Role
\nThis role is accountable for end-to-end delivery management of energy storage projects across the Europe region, serving as the primary owner of project execution. You will oversee schedule, cost, quality, and safety, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure utility-scale BESS stations are commissioned and connected to the grid on schedule. This is a site-based position, ideal for professionals with strong mobility and a passion for driving project execution in cross-cultural environments.

\nKey Responsibilities
\n1.Act as the project lead, overseeing schedule, cost, quality, and safety, while managing relationships with clients and external stakeholders to ensure on-time grid-connection and project delivery.
\n作为项目负责人,统筹进度、成本、质量、安全四大维度,管理客户与外部单位关系,确保项目按期并网交付。
\n2.Manage the full project lifecycle of energy storage projects, from preliminary preparation, site mobilization, equipment installation, commissioning and grid-connection, through to final acceptance and handover.
\n负责储能项目从前期筹备、施工进场、设备安装、调试并网到竣工验收的全过程管理。
\n3.Coordinate with R&D, procurement, production, construction, and other departments to ensure all project links proceed as planned, and resolve technical and coordination issues during implementation.
\n协调研发、采购、生产、施工等部门,确保项目各环节按计划推进,解决实施过程中的技术及协调问题。
\n4.Be responsible for on-site technical guidance, equipment commissioning, and acceptance work to ensure project quality complies with relevant German and EU standards (e.g., VDE, IEC, etc.).
\n负责项目现场的技术指导、设备调试及验收工作,确保项目质量符合德国及欧盟相关标准(如 VDE、IEC 等)。
\n5.Monitor project costs, standardize site variation orders and change approval processes, and control material consumption and labor expenses.
\n控制项目成本,规范工程签证与变更审批流程,管控耗材与人工费用。
\n6.Manage project risks, identify potential technical, compliance, and delivery risks, develop response plans, and track their implementation.
\n管理项目风险,识别潜在技术、合规及交付风险,制定应对预案并跟踪落实
\n7.Organize project documents, technical reports, and acceptance materials, complete project retrospectives, and provide experience for the optimization of subsequent projects.
\n整理项目文档、技术报告及验收资料,完成项目复盘,为后续项目优化提供经验。
\nRequirements
\n1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, New Energy, Mechatronics, or related fields.
\n本科及以上学历,电气工程、自动化、新能源、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
\n2.1+ years of relevant project experience in the energy storage industry or power engineering, familiar with lithium-ion batteries, flow battery energy storage technologies, and system integration.
\n1年以上储能行业或电力工程相关项目经验,熟悉锂离子电池、液流电池等储能技术及系统集成。
\n3.Fluency in Chinese and English is a must for this role; candidates with excellent German skills will be given priority.; possess strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork abilities.
\n中文和英语流利可作为工作语言,德语优秀者优先;具备良好的跨文化沟通及团队协作能力。
\n4.Familiar with relevant German and EU energy storage laws, regulations, standards (e.g., VDE, IEC, grid access codes) and project approval processes.
\n熟悉德国及欧盟储能相关法规、标准(如 VDE、IEC、电网接入规范)及项目审批流程。
\n5.Hold a valid driver's license, with the mobility and independence to operate effectively in overseas work environments.
\n持有有效驾照,具备独立行动能力,能够在海外环境中自主开展工作。
\n6.PMP certification is a plus.
\n持有PMP优先。
\n7.Willing to be based on project sites and travel as required, with a commitment to on-site project management presence.
