Project Manager – Job Description1. Job PurposeTo manage and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning Develop project timelines, scope, and budgetIdentify and allocate required resourcesExecution & Monitoring Oversee project execution from initiation to completionEnsure alignment with timelines, quality, and deliverablesTeam Coordination Lead and manage the project teamCoordinate with cross-functional departmentsRisk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plansResolve issues that may impact project progressReporting Prepare and present regular project progress reportsReport to management and key stakeholdersBudget Control Monitor and control project costsEnsure efficient use of resources within the approved budget
• Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fieldMinimum 10+ years of experience in project management (preferably in a related industry)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)Has strong relationships with government authorities at regional, provincial, and national levels Possesses a well-established network and maintains good relations with government institutionsDemonstrates the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with government stakeholders
