Role Overview
The Project Operations Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing logistics and operational projects. The role ensures efficient supply chain management, cost control, and timely delivery while improving overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operational activities
- Improve process efficiency and productivity
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance
Project Management:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Track project progress and resolve issues
- Ensure on-time project completion
Team Coordination:
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Monitor logistics and operational costs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
Logistics Management:
- Plan and manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards
- Analyze data for decision-making
