Position Summary
The Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving specification and project sales across North and West India by developing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality groups, contractors, consultants, and premium channel partners.
The role focuses on identifying large residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments where Nolte kitchens can be specified. The successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle—from project identification and specification through negotiation, order acquisition, execution support, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify new project opportunities across assigned territories.
Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants, PMC firms, contractors and interior designers.
Generate specifications for Nolte kitchens in premium residential and commercial developments.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Project Sales
Manage the complete project sales pipeline.
Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing.
Coordinate tender submissions where applicable.
Achieve annual project sales targets.
Dealer & Partner Support
Work closely with existing dealers on project opportunities.
Identify and appoint project-focused partners where required.
Train dealers on project sales processes and technical solutions.
Support showroom teams during project negotiations.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with design, logistics, production and installation teams.
Monitor project timelines.
Ensure customer expectations are met throughout execution.
Resolve commercial and technical issues.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activity.
Identify market trends.
Track new real estate developments.
Provide regular market feedback to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
MBA preferred.
Experience
6–10 years of project sales experience.
Experience in premium kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, interior fit-out, architectural products, sanitaryware, tiles, luxury building materials or similar industries.
Strong network with architects, developers and consultants.
Experience managing high-value B2B sales.
