Quality Control Supervisor

Your Tasks To plan, organize, and supervise the quality control operation from incoming material, intermediate and finished good for Nivea and Hansaplast product including demin water plant and ensure its meet quality standard and spesification. To make sure that the method that is used in Quality Management laboratory are updated and comply with global method and guidelines. Quality Management Laboratory To develop and mantain quality control plan and supervise its implementation ensuring all result of incoming materials, demin water, intermediate product and finished goods are within specification with representative sample in accordance to global guidelines · Timely analysis of RM, PM, Bulk, FG · Realtime documentation of analytical results. · Up to date calibration and validation of equipment.Good Laboratory Practices To supervise and monitor the effectiveness of ISO 17025 and laboratory activities ensuring all methods and instruments are well maintain to produce accurate analysis result and data · Up to date and Proper labelling of reagents. · Timely escalation of lab issues and OOS.Releasing To monitor and coordinate release of incoming materials, intermediate and finished good. Ensure follow up of any deviation with relevant partiesRetain Sample To maintain, arrange and supervise the storage of retain sample of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods, ensuring it’s representative for all batches that are received and producedTrouble Shooting To conduct and coordinate investigation alongside relevant parties deviation or non-conformance resulting from Lab OOS and RM & PM.Documentation Organize, document and report according to internal and external standards/requirement ensuring proper documentation for laboratory recordPeople Management To be role model and manage the QC team by enhancing individual and team capabilities and knowledge ensuring high team engagement. Your Profile · Education · Minimum bachelor degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, chemical engineering or science related fields.· Experience · >2 years experience in qualiy management in fast moving consumer goods, medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
