Quality System Specialist

Job Description Conduct inspections, testing, and sampling of materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, policies, and documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor and analyze quality performance, identify non-conformities, and collaborate with related departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Prepare, maintain, and review quality records, reports, SOPs, and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.Perform internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and certifications (e.g., ISO).Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to improve process efficiency and product quality.Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards and handle supplier quality issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, process control, and system effectiveness. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Strong understanding of Quality Control and Quality Management System (QMS), including basic knowledge of ISO standards.Good analytical thinking and attention to detail in identifying defects and improving processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
