Job DescriptionJob DescriptionForklift Operator – Hiring Now Pay Rate: $21.00/hrShift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime may be available OverviewWe are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This role involves operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Stand-Up Forklifts to support daily warehouse operations, material movement, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Stand-Up ForkliftsLoad, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouseTransport products to designated storage and production areasPerform put-away, replenishment, and order-picking functions as assignedAccurately scan and track inventory using warehouse systems and RF scannersConduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concernsFollow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations as neededRequirementsPrevious experience operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Stand-Up Forklifts requiredAbility to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environmentExperience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededSteel-toe safety shoes requiredBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
