Job Description
ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.Handle inquiries from guests and provide accurate information about the company.Manage front desk operations, including receiving documents, packages, and deliveries.Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.Coordinate with other departments for guest arrangements and office needs.Maintain security by following access control procedures and logging visitor information. RequirementsProven work experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Professional appearance and demeanor.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
