Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process for tech positions (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer)Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channelsScreen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitabilityWork closely with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirementsManage candidate pipeline and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring processBuild and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needsPrepare simple recruitment reports and updates QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field (preferably IT or related)1–3 years experience as a recruiter, preferably handling tech rolesBackground from IT consulting, IT outsourcing, or headhunting company is preferredFamiliar with technical roles (e.g., Developer, QA, Data, Infrastructure)Good understanding of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Kalibr, etc.)Good communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple rolesProactive and target-oriented
