Job Descriptions:Develop and implement Talent Development & Talent Management strategies, including frameworks such as 9-Box Talent Matrix, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.Identify high-potential employees and design individual development plans (IDP) to support internal talent growth.Manage the end-to-end training cycle, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), program design, vendor coordination, training delivery, and post-training evaluation.Monitor training effectiveness through learning metrics, evaluation frameworks, and talent performance tracking.Partner with HRBP and business leaders to align talent development initiatives with business needs and workforce planning.Develop structured leadership development and competency development programs.Manage internal and external training vendors, budgets, and training schedules.Ensure training records, learning databases, and development tracking are properly documented and reported. Requirements:Must be fluent in Mandarin or EnglishBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development.Proven experience in building talent management frameworks such as 9-Box Matrix, succession planning, and talent review processes.Experience managing end-to-end training programs, from planning to evaluation.Strong capability in training needs analysis, competency mapping, and development program design.Good stakeholder management and project coordination skills.Experience in fast-paced or multinational environments is an advantage.
