About the RoleAs a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in building the future workforce of VinFast Indonesia. This position combines strong administrative accuracy with effective sourcing execution to support high-volume and technical hiring needs. ? Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.Maintain structured candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and HR databases (≈ 70% admin & data management).Execute active sourcing strategies across platforms (≈ 30% sourcing & hiring).Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure excellent candidate communication.Responsbilities new employee document on board.Ensure hiring processes align with VinFast standards and timelines.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.Prefer 3 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) but fresh graduate are open.Strong data management skills and high attention to detail.Familiar with LinkedIn sourcing and Excel/Google Sheets.Good communication skills and ability to work under fast-paced environment.Fluent speaking in EnglishWilling to work onsite at VinFast Factory – Subang
