We are seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Community Nursing Teams based from Christies Downs, Rostrevor, and Elizabeth South. The Role
In this role you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with customers, involving them in all decisions regarding their care and empowering them to take charge of their health journey. You will provide clinical support, enhance wellbeing, foster trust and help people feel safe, valued and connected in their own homes.

What you’ll do
- Conduct assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and nursing interventions tailored to individual customer needs.
- Support the utmost wellbeing of customers living in their own home.
- Provide nursing interventions such as wound care, medication management, continence care and management of chronic conditions.
- Observe and evaluate customer wellbeing, taking timely and appropriate actions in response to clinical changes.
- Document nursing care accurately, thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Participate in on‑call after hours service.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, support workers and allied health professionals to support customers.
About You
You are a talented and passionate nurse who wants to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care.
- Demonstrate significant experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a community setting.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Availability to work on call.
- Available to work at least 3 days per week.
You will need
- A nursing qualification and current registered nurse registration with AHPRA.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- A satisfactory police clearance for working with vulnerable people that is less than 12 months old before commencement.
