Registered Nurse – Permanent Part‑Time (60.8 hours fortnightly)

Mercy Community is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at Loreto Aged Care, a 36‑bed residential facility located in sunny Townsville.

Responsibilities

• Providing safe, high‑quality clinical care aligned with best practice
• Supporting, mentoring, and coordinating care staff
• Building strong relationships with residents and their families
• Managing AN-ACC documentation to optimise funding and care outcomes

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
• Proven experience leading a care team within an aged care environment
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for holistic, person‑centred care
