Control Risks has been providing outsourced embedded consulting management for over 40 years, supporting clients to operate successfully by utilizing a wide range of expertise. Our embedded service integrates our consultants into the client’s organization to provide services directly from their site. We are a preferred partner due to our ethics, security intelligence, practical know-how, and management support through our global network of offices.
With our global presence and extensive experience, Control Risks maintains an expanding database of multinational risk management professionals to match skills and knowledge with client needs.
We are experiencing significant growth across our embedded programs and are seeking to build our database of consultants across the US.
We are seeking Resilience professionals of all levels to deliver high-quality resilience program development and training.

Areas of expertise we are looking to engage in include:
- Business Continuity: Provide business continuity resources for our clients, including developing BC frameworks, conducting BC exercises, delivering training, and improving company business continuity programs.
- Crisis Management: Develop crisis response plans, and help implement new crisis management exercises and training.
- Resilience Specialist: Improve clients' resilience programs to enhance their response capabilities.
Minimum qualifications include:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant business continuity experience.
- Industry certifications such as ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, ISO22301.
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate trends impacting the organization, environment, and people.
- Understanding of BCM governance frameworks, business continuity best practices, protocols, and operational risk management.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk, resilience, business process improvement, and control frameworks like COSO and ISO.
- Ability to work well under pressure during emergency responses.
- Adaptability to changing environments and unpredictable circumstances.
- Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
- Additional ad hoc requests as needed.
