Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly regarded global financial services organisation to appoint a Reward Advisory SVP into their global reward and compensation function based in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Head of Reward Asia, this individual will lead the reward strategy, compensation advisory, and global compensation projects and processes for the Wealth business in the region, partnering closely with the leadership team across the region, working closely with the respective Asia markets and as part of the global COE.

This is a highly visible and influential position, working in close proximity with Global Wealth stakeholders, and broader Reward / COE specialist teams to deliver high‑performance outcomes.

The group operates within a complex, fast‑paced global matrix environment. As such, the individual will be comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on, providing expert guidance to senior leadership while ensuring high‑quality execution of end‑to‑end reward processes. Former experience partnering Wealth and / or Retail Banking on a regional or global basis is preferred.

A critical success factor will be the ability to build trust, advise, and partner senior leaders, driving a leading global reward framework that supports high performance and meets the needs of a sophisticated revenue generating business line.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Global and/or Regional Reward Director/SVP/VP with a proven track record in a major international financial services institution, partnering closely wealth, Private Banking and/or retail businesses. They will demonstrate deep subject‑matter expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complexity while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
