Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to product demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate understands SaaS or technology sales, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited about selling AI-driven solutions to modern businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation & Sales Ownership- Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive outbound and inbound sales opportunities.
2. Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Understand customer pain points and business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Position Emvo AI solutions as strategic business enablers.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
3. Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Forecast sales opportunities and provide pipeline visibility to leadership.
- Track conversion metrics and optimize sales funnel performance.
4. Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with Marketing, SDR, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve product-market fit.
- Support GTM initiatives and new customer acquisition strategies.
5. Negotiation & Closing
- Lead pricing discussions, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
- Manage enterprise sales conversations with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth handoff post-sale to onboarding/customer success teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales / Technology Sales / Enterprise Sales.
- Experience handling outbound prospecting and closing deals independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable selling software or AI/technology products.
- Ability to understand business use cases and translate them into solution-led selling.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling AI, SaaS, automation, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling frameworks.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach.
