AMYRA is a premium/luxury lifestyle brand for India and the world. Currently our product portfolio consists of fabric/textile based bags & purses for women, as an alternate to leather/faux leather bags. We intend to add more relevant categories.
Since inception, we have sold 100,000+ luxurious products so far & maintained avg review of 4.85/5 (of >11K reviews). Our products are used across luxury weddings, influencers & celebs across India and abroad.
One of our driving values is delighting customers with a great experience and it reflects in our 10,000+ 5/5 star reviews. We place an incredible amount of importance on overall AMYRA experience, which extends well beyond the products - our interaction over call, email, whatsapp or in-person. Our target is to always make sure the customer walks back with a positive view of the brand.
Given this incredibly important role, we are looking for someone who will take complete ownership of:
- Managing pre-sales conversations over email/whatsapp/call with clients and helping with order placements
- Managing post-sale conversations with clients to resolve any issues that they may have
- Attending to clients walking into our store and assisting in sales
- Developing B2B Sales vertical
- Candidates with prior experience working in a luxury fashion workplace will be preferred
Timings:
- Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays working
- Time: 10AM-7PM
- Timings are non negotiable
- This is not a work from home role
