Job Description
WH Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Sales Head and Sales Executive professionals to join our growing team.
Important: We are specifically looking for candidates who have prior experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry. Applications from candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for Wire Harness, Cable Assemblies, Electro-Mechanical Assemblies, Box Build Assemblies, Control Panels, and System Integration Solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Aerospace, Defence, Space, Rail, and Industrial OEMs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Handle customer RFQs, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and new customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the Aerospace & Defence ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline).
- Experience: 0–10 years.
- Mandatory experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry.
- Knowledge of Wire Harness, Electro-Mechanical Systems, System Integration, or Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
