Position: Junior Recruitment Consultant (Dutch Market)

Languages: Dutch (full professional proficiency mandatory) + English (French and/or German is a plus)

We’re launching an exciting international project focused on the Dutch market, and we’re looking for Dutch-speaking professionals who are motivated, curious, and ready to kick-start a career in recruitment and sales.

No prior experience in recruitment is required — your motivation, drive, and mindset are what matter most.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Dutch (full professional proficiency – mandatory)
• Strong level of English (French and/or German is a plus)
• No recruitment experience required, but strong interest in sales, business, and people
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient, positive, and results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and motivation to succeed

Your Responsibilities

End-to-end IT Recruitment (Tech focus)

• Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
• Providing tailored support to candidates throughout the entire hiring process

Strategic Business Development

• Actively prospecting via calls, emails, and networking
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads
• Negotiating commercial terms with clients
• Developing strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders

You will develop a strong presence in the tech ecosystem by building meaningful relationships. Over time, you will become a trusted partner for both clients and candidates within your market.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant €23,000 to €25,500 *includes base (€23,000) and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.

Recruitment Consultant €25,000 to €27,500* includes base (e25,000) and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
