Location:

Hyderabad (Extensive field travel across Telangana/AP)

Experience:

7–10 years minimum.

Industry Experience:

Mandatory experience in:

• Tyres,
• Tubes,
• Automotive spare parts,
• Tyre repair products,
• Tyre retreading
• Battery industry.

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in the automotive aftermarket. The ideal candidate should possess strong dealer relationships and the ability to independently manage assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Appoint new dealers and identify growth opportunities.
• Implement company schemes and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
• Ensure timely collections and credit discipline.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

Candidate Profile:

• 7–10 years of proven sales experience in tyres or automobile spare parts.
• Existing network within Telangana/AP preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
