Vignesh Aravind Transport is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires regular customer visits, identifying new business opportunities, and providing effective solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities Business Development-
Identify and approach potential customers, including builders, contractors, developers, nurseries, and other prospective clients.

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

Build a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate new revenue through customer acquisition and repeat business.

Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and quality service.

Generate referrals from satisfied customers.

Conduct customer and site visits to understand project requirements.

Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer support.

Handle pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.

Close sales opportunities while maintaining company profitability.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and upcoming projects.

Share market insights with the management team to improve sales strategies.

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or reporting tools.

Track leads, sales activities, follow-ups, and order status.

Submit regular sales reports and market updates.

1 3 years of experience in Field Sales or Direct Sales.

Experience in building materials, construction products, or related industries will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
