Sales - Health Coach

Metis.fit, a Raiqa product, is looking for an experienced Sales Health Coach who is passionate about helping people transform their health while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

If you've worked with leading health-tech or wellness brands like HealthifyMe or similar platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Guide prospective clients through their health and weight-loss journey.
• Convert qualified leads into enrolled customers through consultative selling.
• Understand customer goals and recommend suitable Metis programs.
• Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with doctors, nutritionists, and the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently achieve sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, health coaching, wellness consulting, or customer success.
• Prior experience with health-tech platforms such as HealthifyMe or similar wellness brands is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work Details

• Work From Office – Gachibowli, Hyderabad
• 9-hour shift
• 6-day work week
• Saturday & Sunday are working days (weekly off will be provided on weekdays)
• Salary starting from ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
• Immediate joining preferred
